From compressor selection calculations to commissioning supervision, our engineering team provides hands-on support across the entire project lifecycle.
Our engineers work directly with system designers to calculate compressor duty points, select optimal models, and validate performance under your specific operating conditions.
Dedicated technical support for OEM partners integrating CopelandTech compressors into their chiller, condensing unit, or heat pump assemblies.
Field commissioning supervision ensures every compressor installation meets factory specifications from its first hour of operation.
Standard and extended warranty programs with 24-hour emergency response through our 15 global service centers.
Technical training for maintenance teams, covering compressor diagnostics, troubleshooting procedures, and refrigerant handling best practices.
Factory-certified compressor remanufacturing restoring units to original performance specifications at a fraction of new-unit cost.
Transparent boundaries of what our service programs cover and where third-party specialists may be needed.
Our 15 service centers provide 24-hour emergency response in North America, Europe, and East Asia. Projects in regions outside these coverage zones — including parts of Africa, Central Asia, and the Pacific Islands — are supported through authorized distributor networks with typical response times of 48-72 hours rather than 24 hours.
CopelandTech service technicians are EPA Section 608 and F-Gas certified for HFC and HFO refrigerants. Ammonia (R-717) system commissioning requires RETA-certified technicians — we coordinate with third-party ammonia specialists for these projects rather than handling ammonia service in-house.
Our remanufacturing program applies to CopelandTech semi-hermetic and open-drive compressors manufactured after 2010. Scroll compressors are sealed units and are not eligible for remanufacturing — they are covered under replacement warranty instead. Third-party or competitor compressors are not accepted for remanufacturing.
